Community Meal
Each month the church serves two community meals to the hungry at the First Baptist Church of Willimantic. One meal is coordinated and hosted by the women of the church and the other by the men. Due to a renovation happening at the First Baptist Church of Willimantic, the meals are currently bag lunches that are being prepared in our own Church kitchen.
The men of the church began serving one meal a month in this ministry in January of 2013. The women decided to join in serving an additional meal each month starting a few years later.
