Vacation Bible School

Vacation Bible School is a special time in the summer when the children learn about God through games, crafts, music, and story telling.  We could not let a summer pass without coming together to bring the children of our community a chance to learn and grow with God!

Vacation Bible School is a community endeavor put on by a collection of Church's in town. It is typically held the third week in July.

VBS 2021 Finding God In Everyday Places

Our youth have spent so much time indoors these past months that it felt incongruent to have VBS anywhere but outside in our beautiful spaces, so welcome to VBS 2021 on the Lebanon Green! Meeting God in creation in our own backyard, we will journey along the Green from church to church spending time at each one to craft, hear stories, and play games!

All are welcome! In addition to youth campers (ages 4+), we are in need of teen leaders and adult volunteers to help us make this year a fun and engaging week of growing our relationship with God and each other. Although this is Christian based, we invite people of all faiths and of no particular faith to join us!

When: July 19-23, 9am – 11:30am

Where: Beginning and ending at The First Congregational Church, traveling around the green to St. Francis Catholic Church and The First Baptist Church of Lebanon

Who: Vacation Bible School is FREE to all, ages 4 and up!

How: Click Here to register! All registrations must be received BEFORE July 19th.

There will be no same-day registrations this year.

Youth Leaders and Adult Volunteers, please contact Rev. Mary Horan by email,

This year, we are asking all children to bring their own snacks and drinks (or a refillable water bottle), however if this is an issue for your family, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we are happy to accommodate.
